Hello. Oscar Rodriguez and Jennifer Eck, co-chairs for Deaf Awareness Day 2008, have an announcement. Coming up soon is a fun filled exciting event: Deaf Awareness Day 2008! On Saturday, October 4, from 9 am to 5 pm, all day. What will be included? Many things are planned for this year such as a stage for entertainment, different tables showcasing various products for sale and information, and an area focused on kids and teens. Remember it's on October 4 at Balboa Park Club. Remember where people will go for food when hungry during the day? There will a special and different place for this year. There will be a picnic area filled with delicious food outside of Balboa Park Club. We look forward seeing you there for a successful event in 2008! Spread the word. Thank you.
